Abstract Emotional intelligence involves the ability to have an adaptive, flexible response in different contexts of communication process. The paper presents a model about influences emotional verbal with main objectives identify and evaluate possible differences between two groups (M/F) create qualitative quantitative pattern for Intelligence formal groups. authors used questionnaire H. A. Robbins as instrument efficiently communicate oral situation David Whetten Kim Cameron – which includes four dimensions: Awareness, Control (Balance), Diagnosis (Empathy), Response. For experimental research, statistical methods analysis internal consistency scales, series normality tests, media equality tests on samples from independent populations, correlation regression models reach relevant conclusions. necessity research comes importance individual group process part better understanding influence at level.
